Mommy & Me - Coffee & Play Date

Join me at my free monthly Coffee & Play Date!

On the first and third Thursday of each month, I host a wonderful free playgroup where you can relax, catch up with local moms over a cup of coffee, and let your little one make friends!

While enjoying the playgroup, you will have me to answer all of your burning sleep questions, as well as other local parenting practitioners such as feeding specialists, children's health practitioners, and birth & postpartum doulas. This is your space to sit over a cup of coffee and gain invaluable advice from local women in the know!

This month, we have the wonderful Adrienne Johnson from @the.kindness.machine joining us to provide invaluable tools on how to keep our cool and remain mindful with our little ones and family throughout the holiday season! Adrienne is a conscious parenting coach using science-based and heart-led strategies to help you transform your parenting from drudgery to delight!

Whether you're exhausted, haven't showered in 3 days or rocking your 4th day of the same milk-stained yoga pants, we'd love to have you! Bring your friends and children of all ages for conversation and treats; we can't wait to see you!
