Join me at my free monthly Coffee & Play Date!
On the first and third Thursday of each month, I host a wonderful free playgroup where you can relax, catch up with local moms over a cup of coffee, and let your little one make friends!
While enjoying the playgroup, you will have me to answer all of your burning sleep questions, as well as other local parenting practitioners such as feeding specialists, children's health practitioners, and birth & postpartum doulas. This is your space to sit over a cup of coffee and gain invaluable advice from local women in the know!
This month, we will have Pediatric OT Abby from joining us, to chat about all things feeding and weaning our little ones and healthy development!@happykidsnc
