Join me at my free Coffee & Play Date!
On the thirdThursday of each month, I host a wonderful free sleep support & playgroup where you can relax, catch up with local Moms over a cup of coffee, and have your family's sleep questions answered!
As a Mum of 3 and local Sleep & Lactation Consultant, you will have me to answer all of your sleep questions and gain the support and resouces you need. While enjoying the playgroup, you will also gain invaluable advice from fellow Mama's and local women in the know!
Whether you're exhausted, haven't showered in 3 days, or are rocking your 4th day of the same milk-stained yoga pants, we'd love to have you! Bring your friends and children of all ages for conversation and treats; we can't wait to see you!
